作者簡介

芳姐
芳姐(資深陪月班導師)
於香港大學專業進修學院修畢「中醫全科文憑」及修讀中醫全科學士多個課程。自1996年起在各大報章及雜誌撰寫食療專欄,作品散見於新晚報、大公報、蘋果新聞網、加拿大明報周刊「樂在明廚」及北美洲「品」美食時尚雜誌。
芳姐曾任「中華廚藝學院」健康美食班客座講師、職訓局附屬成員IVDC、明愛成人教育中心及僱員再培訓局中心陪月班導師達20年;現任「靚湯工房」榮譽食療顧問,並為「健康嗎」資訊平台、維特健靈慈善機構拍攝湯水短片,被稱為「湯水達人」。
為推廣食療心得,芳姐自2007年開始在網上撰寫食療雜誌「芳姐保健湯餸」,深獲網民支持和愛戴,她更將其心得著作成書,有《樂齡好體質~ 強健體魄食療方》、《調理好體質~ 想要懷孕,就從吃對食物開始》等,為讀者提供保健養生資訊。
